Overland Kitchen Product Lifetime Warranty
Effective Date: March 1, 2023
Coverage Duration: Lifetime warranty from the date of purchase.
Scope of Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for Overland Kitchen products purchased directly from the company or through authorized dealers.
Transferability: This warranty is fully transferable, extending its benefits to subsequent owners of the product upon proper transfer of ownership documentation.
Warranty Claim Process:
Proof of Purchase and Ownership Transfer: Required to submit a warranty claim. Proof of original purchase and any subsequent transfer documentation must be provided.
Documentation: Photographic documentation may be required to assess the claim.
Resolution: The company reserves the right, at its discretion, to repair or replace defective parts. In cases where original parts are unavailable, comparable parts may be used.
Exclusions:
Damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, accidents, or external factors such as natural disasters.
Products not purchased from authorized dealers or directly from Overland Kitchen.
Warranty Modifications: Overland Kitchen reserves the right to amend the terms of the warranty or terminate it, with such changes becoming effective immediately upon posting to the company’s website.
