EXM1 Low-Profile Stove & Workspace Cabinet
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
At a height of 10” tall, the EXM series of products is our most compact and versatile yet. While it was designed with crossover and stealth van vehicles in mind, it fits into a wide range of vehicles. The EXM1 includes the Stove & Workspace unit. Pull out the slide and drawer to access your kitchen essentials in seconds. Includes a prep surface, stove shelf, cookware storage, and large pantry storage drawer.
Heavy duty manual latches lock the stove and workspace securely open and closed. Outer cabinet is black texture powder coated steel and interior is food grade #304 stainless steel.
Includes 5” x 15 ½” black Richlite cutting board that extends the workspace.

Storage efficiency:
The 100% metal construction is thinner for the same strength than other materials. This means less space is used by the cabinet structure, and more space is available for your stuff.
Easy Access:
Avoid taking everything out of your cargo space in order to set up your kitchen. Items stored on top of this unit can remain in place as you access the drawers and counter space to prep your meal.
Field Maintainable:
The Overland Kitchen is field maintainable using a small complement of tools, and the metal frame is easily drilled to be used as a platform adding DIY accessories (e.g., a water pump can fit inside behind a fridge).
MATERIALS
Cabinets are made of ASTM A1008 cold rolled carbon steel, the same material used in automotive body panels, and finished with a durable textured powder coat paint.
Drawers and cook areas are made entirely out of #304 food-grade stainless steel, the same material used in commercial kitchens, and that SpaceX uses in the construction of their new fleet of Starships.
Cutting board is a Richlite material which is stain, scratch, heat resistant. We chose this NSF approved wood composite because its harder than wood and excellent at resisting bacterial growth.
Assembled using stainless steel screws, washers, nuts, and rivets.
Mates with the EXM2 Storage Drawer and future EXM3 Fridge Cabinet
Compatible with our S1 Overland Stove.

Cutting Board
Made in the United States of a premium material called Richlite, this NSF approved cutting board is made of multiple layers of recycled paper that are soaked in resin, then molded and baked into shape in a heated form or press. Used in aerospace, commercial kitchens, and building architectural components, this material is significantly more durable than wood and is thinner for the same strength due to hits high density. Tesla even uses this type of paper composite material in the dashboard of the Cybertruck.
Our cutting board is only 1/4” thick and can be used as an extended countertop when stored over the cookware storage basin. Rated to 350 degrees F.
